Middle school is a crucial time for developing students. Regardless of their intellectual gifts, instruction in note-taking, organization, responsibility, and work ethic are of equal importance for our Primoris Academy Middle School students. Our students engage in a rigorous academic schedule. In addition to their core subjects such as Microbiology, Chemistry, Advanced Math, History, and Literature studies, they are challenged to manage coursework for multiple languages, computer programming, and a comprehensive music program.
To prepare our students for compounding expectations, we developed a work-study program that incorporates both in-house work experience and off campus field trips to various professional environments. The goal of this program is to allow students to create connections between school and life in the “real world.” Their work-study is monitored with performance evaluations instead of grades. Students learn to manage expectations while they receive and utilize feedback as they work closely with their supervising teachers.
At Primoris Academy, our middle school program encompasses more than just academics. It provides a holistic preparation for early adult life.
With a limited number of openings, we are now accepting students for Middle School (ages 11-13).
